From the first contact from Michelle, to the actual work being done by Dale, it was a seamless operation. Being in an older home, there were some issues that needed to be explained and dealt with, and we felt we were very well informed. Work was quick, clean, and friendly. We would very much recommend this company!

Guthrie Plumbing helped us with an unwelcomed, surprise broken-leaking water heater. They responded to our call immediately. Michelle walked us through all the steps with great clarity, collected all the information required, and addressed all our concerns via phone and email. She was generous with her time, which is very much appreciated. Dale installed the new water heater the next morning. He patiently answered all our questions, left the work site cleaner than he found it. Having a leaking water heater in the middle of Minnesota winter is a real bummer – Michelle and Dale helped us fix the problem in less than twenty-four hours, in the most courteous, reassuring, and professional ways possible. Our hot water heater went out, and even though it ended up being a bit more complicated than we thought to replace it, Dale got the job done quick, clean, and the whole experience was very painless. Michele was also great to work with, and she was very patient helping me through figuring out all the details of lines, ventilation, etc. of what we had and what we needed. 10/10, would recommend for anything plumbing related!

These guys installed a cheap frost free valve that has leaked ever since they put it in .I've called them for a week and a 1/2 to see if they'll come fix it and nobody answers the phone and nobody calls you back. At this point I don't even care if they fix it I'd rather have somebody else to do it. Do not recommend
