Kevin and Design Heating Inc. replaced an aging geothermal system with a new 5 series system from the manufacturer WaterFurnace. The system has been up and running for a month now and functions perfectly. Kevin and his associates were profesional, detailed, and were very responsive to questions all along the way. Kevin's bid for the project was also competitive--a consumer couldn't ask for more!

We made the switch from fuel oil to natural gas. Kevin and Dave were very knowledgeable and professional with the install and any questions we had. We would highly recommend them for any hvac services.

I got three quotes to convert my heat from oil to gas...one was almost twice the price & the other two were approx the same except the other guy took forever to respond to my questions.

The new Combi boiler made a weird noise on the first night, I panicked & text him at 9pm & he responded immediately, then stopped by the next day to check on it, turns out there was air in the lines, he released it, taught me some stuff about my boiler & was on his way.

Best Part! After the job was complete & paid for he emailed me for signatures on rebates he applied for on my behalf! Who does that!?! He saved me like $400!

Good service, fair price, on time. Geothermal system had a sensor/programming fault. It's running great again. Wish I'd called sooner.
