In my first experience with A.G O'Brien for residential work, they came to run a new gas line to my kitchen range. They did fast, professional work, and even left the basement ceiling in tact!

My wife is very pregnant and our AC went during a major heatwave for the Duluth area. Not good! Despite calling after business hours on a Friday (before a holiday weekend, no less), I was able to get through to Liz and Chris, and they put us on the schedule for the next business day. The technician arrived exactly on time. He was friendly, professional, and skilled. We didn't need to lift a finger - he took care of the issue in a matter of 45 minutes, gave a walkthrough of key maintenance items for the future, and was on his way. A+ service.
