Hour n 1/2 late for an 800 appt. No courtesy phone call saying they’d be late. Wouldn’t hire them if I lived across from them. Canceled appointment.

A G O'Brien did a great job with my plumbing needs. Called them and scheduled in less than one week. Dan Botten arrived at my house 10 minutes early. He ran into a few issues - normal for repairs on a 40 year-old home. Never complained, repaired the faucet / tub and replaced it with a new one. I'd recommend A G O'Brien for all your plumbing needs!

Dan and Jeremy came over to unclog the kitchen drain and it turned out to be a nasty blockage. They found the issue and did a fantastic job and cleaned the work site up with professionalism and a smile. Called A G O'Brien for a couple of small plumbing repairs on an old house that my daughter had just purchased. They were great setting up the appointment and gave an approximate estimate over the phone. Brian came out and was right on time. While he was there, an unexpected leak through the kitchen ceiling started, completely unrelated to what he was working on. He immediately changed gears and helped figure out where the leak was coming from. If he hadn't been there at that time I'd have had major issues!! He is a complete professional and we'll be calling again when the next issue arises!!
