I only leave reviews for companies that either wow me or treat me so poorly I believe others should know. In the case of Bill, Shawn, and Hendrick’s Heating, I am happy to report that it is the former! I had my furnace go down and Bill was able to get me taken care of in less than 24 hours at a price point that was fair. I was most pleased that they didn’t take advantage of my unfortunate situation. The installer was professional and personable and my house is comfortable once again! Thanks Hendrick’s Heating and Cooling.

I've reviewed these guys before but they really are the best. Honest and responsive.

Needed some repairs just last week. Came out within 24 hrs (non emergency). Replaced a flame sensor and told me that I had a leaking motor.

I basically gave them a blank check to replace it if he felt it was necessary. He says that since it still runs and the furnace is nearly 20 years old that I should wait, save the money and put it towards a new furnace in a few years.

Yep, that's why I always recommend Hendricks the second someone asks me if I know someone.

Every experience I have had with Hendricks Heating and Air has been excellent. The servicemen are knowledgeable, hardworking and friendly. They seem to go beyond the required work to make sure I am pleased. I will confidently refer my friends in the community to Hendricks.

The service people are very professional and everyone I have talked to has been courteous and professional. The owner personally went out of his way to bring high quality filters because I have allergies and asthma and we are finishing the basement which creates loads of dust. They also are very prompt if you have an issue. Absolutely wonderful company!!

I’d actually give 6 stars if I could. We needed to reroute vents in an old house and ended up tearing out more walls part way through the project. Hendricks’ team rolled with the punches, kept us up to code, and were really nice as well as creative and professional throughout. Thanks!!

Thought we were going to have to purchase a new AC unit because our current one is 30 years old and only the fan was working, but the gentleman who came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and had it back up and running in no time. My wife is a very happy camper. Great customer service.

They installed an entire new system in our house (~$6,000.00).
The first floor would not get warm, so then I had them out about 3 times to fix it, they installed new ducts, but their design didn't work and they never fixed. They had no problem charging me an additional $343.00 for the work that fixed nothing. No accountability, poor service and design.

They took no responsibility in their design. Very unprofessional.

Efficient and Quiet New furnace. Installer was wonderful and kept a low profile while I was doing my work in the upstairs portion of my house. They even filed our DTE and Consumers rebates for us! No complaints and it's been almost a month!
