Aaron Mendelson Heating and Cooling L.L.C.

Aaron repaired a furnace less than 4 years old that was not operational. He was meticulous in forming a diagnosis for what was a very involved issue. He does exemplary work, is a very skilled professional, more than fair in pricing, a very good communicator and a most kind and knowledgeable human. He even gives a follow up call the day after service to insure that everything is running smoothly. Aaron is an example of the most ethical technician you could imagine and always hope to discover.

Upon checking the connections for the A/C system, Aaron had to run new wiring through the floor, into the crawl space, and out to the condenser. He was very decisive and knew what his next step was in the process. I would definitely have Aaron service my equipment in the future and would recommend to anyone that needs to have their current equipment serviced or new equipment installed!

Aaron was fabulous! My furnace went out late on a Tuesday night. I called the business line, after hours, and got an immediate response from him. He stayed in touch, and was able to come out early the next morning to get my heat back on and running. Aaron took the time to explain the issues to me and even went as far as helping me set up the thermostat. Not that anyone ever looks forward to having furnace issues in the middle of winter, but if I ever do, I will definitely be calling him! 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Aaron has helped me with several issues. He repaired our air conditioning system, worked on my furnace and also put in a new water heater recently. Aaron is extremely professional and details everything! He does not rip you off. I never new how much I appreciated heated water until Aaron finished the new install. I would recommend Aaron to anyone needing heat, air or hot water! Aaron is the man!! He’s also a really nice guy.

Aaron was very thorough and professional. He went out of his way to help get my furnace back up and running, despite it being a Sunday and him a bit under the weather. Price was fair and Aaron kept in regular contact with me, even following up the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

Aaron came to the rescue just in time before we froze. Our furnace went out late last night and I called him first thing in the morning, he was able to show up an hour later, diagnosed the issue, went to grab the part and came back to fix it all! We got lucky because these couple days were going to be the coldest we had this winter. He was quick to answer my call, professional, and communicated with us the entire time. Would definitely use him again!

This company does not deserve your business. Failed to show, called and told 1 more hour, called 2 hours later and he was 15 min away, 30 min later and it was another 10 min. The last two times, he was on his way to me. GPS is pretty accurate. I had no heat, and he was stringing me along. The funny thing is, I stopped calling for an update, and he didn't show nor call.

In reply to Aaron, you said there have been a lot of no heat situations but then said you did not have one. And you do not stay in contact with your customers since you made no calls to this one. And I cannot speak to your records if it is like how you handled my request, then likely sloppy. And even though I spelled it, you may have written my name incorrectly. Despite the spelling, it is pronounced GEE.

Aaron did an excellent job fixing all my issues. He redid the piping, new furnace filters, and got my humidifier working again. Highly recommend!

Aaron was fantastic. Called him the morning as my AC completely shut down on memorial day. He got me in and thoughtfully found the problem with my AC unit. He had it fixed within 45 minutes. Was willing to deal with my home warranty to help make sure it was covered. Would highly recommend using him. He was easy to get a hold off and came asap. Will be using him again for further HVAC repairs.
