Done Heating & Cooling

My Central Air stopped cooling the day before a 90° day. I called a large HVAC company and they had no openings for 12 days. I called Done, and got a next day appointment. My unit is old and Frank got it working again. The service call is more costly than average, but these were compensated for in integrity and labor. Overall it was a great experience, and cost me less than the bigger company I've used in the past. Done is my new go-to HVAC company!

Done heating and cooling I did a fast and amazing job I had appointment at 3 and call me and ask could they come earlier. Which was great because it was getting cold. The technician was polite and friendly he explained everything to me and didn't force any unnecessary work to get more money.

Very Polite and cordial and most of all..... just a phone call away when you had no heat in the middle of a Michigan cold spell. After a few minutes he had the magic touch and I have HEAT know. Great Work!!!!! I would and will definitely will call Done Heating & Cooling again without any doubt. Thank you!!!!

Needed an A/C tech in a hurry. Called all around trying to find same day service in the middle of a heat wave. Done H&C was the only one that cared to try to fit us in. They came out almost immediately for service. Frank was my tech, he was very thorough, and explained everything that was going on and gave me a quote before servicing. Hey everyone, I was happy with the service I got from this company. Honest & very much helpful. Installed a water heater for me, same day installation. I noticed the swept and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend highly good luck !

Had them come by to tune-up our A/C systems before the summer hits. The technician, was timely and worked conscientiously. I felt he was very thorough and even advised us on a few parts that may need replacing down the line. I am so impressed with Done Heating & Cooling Services. After my hvac guy of 4 years was unreachable, I needed to find another local company to do business with, and Done has a great reputation and excellent reviews online. Somehow they managed to squeeze me in within two hours from our first contact. Technician called before showing up and was super-nice and professional when we met. He did a thorough job of servicing my home. This was a fantastic first experience with a company I hope to do business with for many years to come.

So far so good! Was in need of a new furnace last week and Frank assisted me just fine. I do recommend.

My AC stopped working the night before 4th of July. I called a few companies and they were the fastest to be able to respond and on a holiday. Within a couple hours they came out and fixed the problem. Reasonably priced, thorough and were very eager to take the time and answer my questions. Would definitely call Done heating and cooling for jobs I need done in the future!! Can’t say enough good things about this experience.
