Amazing! He happened to notice my ac unit had ice around coil outsude and informed me that my fan inside might be clogged. He was able to take a quick look and found that my furnance motor had almost stopped! He promptly then was able to replace the motor on the spot! I couldn't be more appreciative! Please, if you need a heating and cooling guy give him a call!!!
