Absolute worst decision ever made with choosing this company for my heating and cooling needs. Should have guessed i would get terrible service and my equipment wouldn't be working properly after 6 months. They state they give a 1 year warranty for labor but the owner does not honor it and is very rude. No wonder he has no installers right now. Work looks terrible and even after paying 3 other companies to come out and see what is wrong they all tell me its bc of how it is installed and there is a leak somewhere in the hose and it will cost me double what they charged to install. I hope no one else makes this same mistake! Reported to the BBB and will be filing cival charges against them!

I requested service person for furnace maintenance and they set an appointment for 2 days later. Good service and I am waiting for an estimate for a new unit as mine was old when I bought this house 20 years ago. Some of these other people need to lighten up, these guys don't have any idea what they are walking into and the time frame it will take to get the job done. Bill did a great job and was very knowledgable.

The capacitor on my AC outside unit bit the dust, so I called up this company to come out and fix it, since it was 82 degrees on my house and my wife and animals were starting to get sick from the heat (I know I could have done it myself, but I am not comfortable doing those kinds of repairs, hence me calling the pros). I am so glad I called them. I spoke to a lady named Beth and she was courteous and professional, and the technician they sent out, Josh, was also very personable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their AC/furnace serviced.

Had my furnace and air serviced by Fralick last week. I was advised to do this by the inspector when I bought my condo. So glad I had it done. My thermostat wasn't working and so glad to have it done before winter. Josh was on time, very professional and I will use them again when necessary. Highly recommend them.

They fit us into their schedule quickly. Our AC had died, needed a new unit, previous one wasn't cooling the whole house due to an addition. Recommended larger unit, reconfigured plenum to accomodate more air. Fixed problem with furnace install by another company (apparently not up to code with exhaust and intake). Very professional. Extremely happy with our new AC and the whole experience.

This probably is the worst company I've dealt with in my 60 some years. Air Conditioning went out called the company immediately was told they would come out between 330 and four. We made sure to work around their schedule and be back between 330 and four.a little after 4o'clock ,called the company and we were told that we did not answer the phone when they called to let us know they could come early. we now would be charge time and a half because it would be after 4 o'clock. First of all don't make your problem ourproblem. We made an appointment for a reason to be here between 330 and four it doesn't matter if we answered a phone call or not, that's why we made an appointment . What about people that are in the shower what if you were mowing the grass what if ,what if ,what if it doesn't matter that's why we had an appointment! I am so dissatisfied with this company and will make sure to let everyone know this is unacceptable. Talk to a couple people then the owner of the company called us and could not understand why we could expect anybody to show up since we didn't answer the phone it's called we had an appointment !!!!!

Called at 11am and was told one person down the road from me was ahead of me. Called back 2 hours later to hear an update and was told they were rapping up and would be on their way. 2 more hours go by and I ask what time will they be here and they say 330. Waited till 430 to call again and now they wont answer. Could care less that me and my family have had no heat.

The furnace at our church went out. I tried to fix it myself but it was beyond me. We needed somebody to come out right away and the guys at Fralick & Sons responded quickly. They fixed the furnace as good as new and I would call them again.

Great service and very good prices.
They installed a small gas heater in garage, fixed my AC, installed a new furnace in the house. Never had any problems. Prices were slightly better than others.

Completely satisfied. They showed when they were supposed to and installed a new Nest thermostat and it works great. I would recommend Fralick and sons for any of your AC or heating needs.
