Arkan's Heating & Air Conditioning

Arkan was professional and quick at recommending, pricing, and installing a new AC system to replace the old one at our Social Hall. He gave us a good price, made a neat installation, and left a clean job site. His sons went above and beyond in clearing out problems from the old installation.

I called Arkan Friday afternoon (of a weekend that’s going to be blistering!) and he came right over even though he was busy! He charges $65 for the service fee (may be based on location - not sure) and then troubleshot the problem thoroughly before ordering parts. His son brought the part straight over and they fixed it on the spot! Total charge was VERY fair! I’d recommend this company again in a heartbeat.

My ancient ac unit finally went kaput and my trailer immediately turned into just an oven with a couch in it. Arkan’s recommended a new unit since mine was obsolete. They came out early the next morning and installed a new one in a couple hours. Everyone was super helpful, informative and friendly. I’m very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

They came out right away to check on our heating system and install a new one. They were very informative and very politely and respectfully answered all of my questions. I always fact check what services tell me needs to be done and costs and this time evidence showed me this family is not only trustworthy, but truly cares about helping their customers.

My AC unit was vandelized and because it was such an old unit it had to be repalced. I called several places on a Saturday and Arkan's was the only company that would come out that same day. All others would be a week or more. They installed the unit the next day on a Sunday and didn't charge me overtime. Very professional and definitely very responsive. I highly recommend Arkan's.

Our air conditioning went out during a stretcher very hot days. The soonest install date I could find was going to be the next week. When Arkan’s came to give me my estimate they noticed my special needs son who is medically compromised by hot temperatures. They rearrange their schedule and installed two days later, even though I was a new customer. Additionally; they gave me a very good price and didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I found my new heating and cooling company, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I needed to have my furnace cleaned and serviced in order to put my home up for sale. Arkan came out very promptly , squeezing me into his schedule. He was very personable and efficient, and drove an hour away to pick up a sensor that I needed. His rates were very reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone else that needs heating and cooling assistance in the area.

Arkan heating and air conditioning did am amazing job. I called them at night when I was so worried about my heating system, him and his team showed up the second day at 8 o’clock in the morning. They give the best service with affordable price. Highly recommended. Great job ream!!

Update: Two years later and more awesome service!

I previously had my ignitor replaced by Arkan, and when my 20 year old AC went out 4th of July weekend, I knew who to call. He was out quick, assessed the issue, was honest about the best plan of action, and quoted a great price.

His sons came out to do the work the day after the holiday and were great. Professional, solid communication, and all around great guys. Can't recommend them enough!

Amazing and quick!

I had come home Wednesday night to find my furnace wasn't putting out any heat, and the condo was sitting at a nice 58 degrees. I asked for some references and a few friends made one or another, and Thursday morning when I called around, I couldn't get a hold of anyone or a return call.

Checking between Yelp and general internet sleuthing, the reviews for Arkan's were all very positive. I called a little before 10AM, was told they'd be here in a couple hours, and by 11AM, I had a knock at the door. Super fast, very helpful, and cheaper than what friends and family have paid for the same issue through other companies all within an hour of calling.

I can't recommend them enough! Very honest about the condition and life expectancy of my furnace as well, no hard-selling or pushy tactics. Arkan's will be my go-to for any heating or cooling issues!

I needed two new air conditioners since mine were in poor condition, and very old. After receiving 4 quotes from other companies, Arkan beat those ones. I was very impressed with their professionalism. I felt right at ease and trusted them when they came out to give me a quote. They are a family owned company, and it's very obvious, not only that they care about their work, but are very honest. I ended up also needing new furnaces as they were in bad condition as well. They did an amazing job, very efficient and had them installed right away. I'm so pleased with their work, and I would recommend them to anyone! Now we finally have a cool comfortable house and we are so thankful for them!!
