After dealing with 2 other companies that were giving us the run around because we have an older system, we were recommended Flo Aire by a customer of ours. The service man showed up the same day and was able to not only diagnose the problem, but get us up and running temporarily (we needed some new parts). The next day he called with an estimate for parts and labor and we agreed. We were surprised that within an hour, he was back to install the new parts and the total bill was less than the estimate. This all happened on the 2 coldest days of the year. They could have charged whatever they wanted and we would have needed to pay it. I called Flo Air to certify the furnace at my rental property. The technition call me and said it would not pass. It had a cracked heat exchanger an was leaking carbon monoxide. I asked about repairing it and he said it would be about $3,500. It was 28 years and only guaranteed for 20.
My son called another furnace company and I bought a new furnace. During removal of the old one they carefully inspected inspected the heat exchanger and it was NOT cracked. It was safe and would have passed an HONEST Inspection. Another instance of taking advantage of a widowed senior citizen.

My furnace went out this morning. I called, and the technician, Bob, was there within a half an hr. Professional and quick service. He also took the time to explain some things to me. Would recommend them to family and friends.

The repair man told me we needed a new furnace. Said it would be $4,100. Also said if we don’t get one we could die of carbon monoxide poisoning. The scare tactic with me raises flags. Two other opinions later it just needed a new blower motor.

Awoke to a cold home...called them, the technician came right over. Found the issue and repaired it and made sure it functioned as it should. Cost was way less then I expected. Certainly recommend Flo Aire to any home owner for any furnace issue(s).Shout out to Lenny the Technician..👍👍
