I had Flo-Aire come out to help me originally for a problem about 3 weeks ago. We had an a circuit that was dropping all the outlets without tripping the circuit breaker. They took a look and quickly realized that the older back stabbed outlets were the culprit. After replacing one the problem seemed fixed. Two weeks later the issue returned. The owner was very kind and reached out to me when he heard about it. He said they never want to leave a customer unsatisfied. They came back out and checked around finding there was another outlet causing the issue where a neutral wire broke off. They replaced it with new wire, outlet, and cover making it look brand new. They went the extra mile helping me with two other outlets that weren't on that circuit but that I was concerned about. I can say this will be my electricians going into the future 100%. They are better priced than competitors and even when very busy, they will make time for service checks to make sure people aren't sitting without power. I believe the owner has a very strong sense of loyalty and wants a reputation that can be counted on in the future. If you become a customer of theirs you will not regret it.

Amazing service and amazing staff! Brian has been so amazing with all my pool company issues. Getting the work done in a timely and efficient matter is better than I ever could imagine! I called the office to schedule an inspection, which is required for a certificate of occupancy to sell home. They were able to schedule the next day and had results emailed the same day, which helped me expedite the municipality’s requirements. The technician was professional, on time and knowledgeable about my devices. He even tested the Tankless H/W system, which I did not expect. I have since referred to another family member, that lost AC in the peak of summer, they were out the next day and were exceptionally reasonable. They found out it was a minor capacitor issue and repair was less than 200$ With parts and labor. That says a lot of about the character of the company!

We've used Flo-Aire for 20+ years. They are punctual and professional. Only needed work done at fair prices. My go-to for HVAC.

I was referred to this company by a friend of mine, & I am so glad I decided to contact them. I had many light fixtures in my house that never worked & the two gentlemen that came out to fix them made it look so easy! They were both very professional, efficient, & explained things to me in a way that I could understand without making me feel stupid. I also had two outlets that weren’t working. Needed city violation upgrades. Talked to Brian, he quoted reasonable price and set up appt. Bobby came out and made the upgrades with no problem. Was very impressed with how they worked together. Plan to call them for electrical services when I move. They were very professional.

Derrick, Cory, Nathan and Pat from Flo-aire replaced 10 zone valves for our boiler. added isolation valves and webstone valves for each zone. relocated 8 zones so they were accessible. Replaced expansion tank with properly sized expansion tank.

I called Flo-Aire because they were highly recommended for heating and cooling services in Downriver. We had a furnace clean & check done for our home. Our service tech Nathan was on time, professional and very knowledgeable to answer our questions. He did a very thorough job during the inspection process. Nathan discovered that our humidistat needed replaced, thankfully he had a replacement unit on hand. He also replaced our air filter. I highly recommend Flo-Aire Heating, Cooling & Electrical!
