Flo-Aire has been very impressive and responsive to our needs we had a new HVAC system installed less than 6 yrs ago and was under warranty and was not honored by the mfr or the company (Payne) that was to service it. Flo-Aire came in and started repairs to keep our A/C & heat going. Unfortunately there was a major problem that was discovered with the old unit last Wednesday and it could not be repaired. Flo-Aire came in on Saturday and installed a brand new (Rheem) system for us just in time for our daughter’s birthday with lots of people.
They are top notch. Larry the owner is great and Bob who tried to get the old one running and then Mike & Dillon who took the old one out and installed the new one on Saturday the day before Easter. I’m sorry if we missed some of the other names that have been taking care of this very bad unit. Thank you again for everything and for continuing to maintain the old furnace that the other company won’t do.

Nate came to my home to do a regular checkup on my boiler. The check was a bit pricy in comparison to other places so I made sure to ask all the questions I could so I knew more about my radiators and how they function as well as when I would need to call in case things aren’t working well. Nate answered all my questions and was patient explaining everything. I really appreciated his knowledge and customer service.

The guys did a great job installing our outdoor garage lights. They were very professional, and courteous. Great work!!

Very happy with their service. Have used them anytime have had ac/furnace, electrical work. Recently purchased home that had a furnace unit in the breezeway. It was non operational. LIFE SAVERS! It's been 4 weeks of having DTE out to the house multiple times, had the breakers replaced, had multiple electricians scratching their heads, one that wanted to charge me $4K! Then Flo-Are showed up, diagnosed in the problem immediately, gave me a reasonable price, fixed it and were on their way. amazing. thank you thank you thank you... can't wait to do a load of laundry finally :)

Larry is quick to respond to emergency calls, as is Cory. Keith is a true professional and knows how to fix things and do it right the first time. Flo Aire is our choice for every HVAC need in our family.

Great company. We have 7 rental properties, and this is the only HVAC company we use. They are great to deal with and very helpful. I have had them service both heating and A/C issues and have bought parts from them when I can DIY the repairs. Can't say enough good things about them. Also, this winter has been a challenge with some of our heating and so fast response to keep our tenants warm has really been appreciated.

6 gas leaks found and repaired. System checked-all good. We've had Flo-Aire furnaces for many years and our business dealings with them is ALWAYS outstanding.
