This place is full of b.s. do not know how they stay in business. Rude no integrity overcharge. Take advantage of people period. Call FAMILY heating and cooling. Do not call I repeat do not call. ........... To the owner you would know who I was calling for if u talked to your receptionist. Who is a Idiot. But you do have a way with words. You do not back up your work. I called someone else problem solved. A word of advice stand behind your work .

Great Guys. i have called them multiple times for service and they also should up quickly and fixed my problems without having to replace the entire unit. I appreciate their honesty. I didn't feel like i was being scammed.

this people are thief. they charge me $130 to just come to my house which is less then quarter mile away. guy ask me to change the whole water system and try to charge me $1300. what other company fix in only $70.00.
so if you want to save your money and get right help do not call this HOUSEHOLD HEATING & COOLING.

Ridiculously expensive and these men will rob you! They charge you for items that aren’t wrong with your unit. They break it more and they replace the wrong parts. This company is not trustworthy! Do not recommend!
