Our AC was not working and they were available at 830pm to take our call. They take calls 24-7 which is great ! Sam came out the next day on time and quickly was able to find the problem and fix it. He was very professional and informative. Will only call them when needed from now on! Thanks Sam!

Same day service was outstanding. Technician showed up on time, was very knowledgable and took his time although it was after business hours (late at night). Before the repair, he explained everything to me and maintained a very respectful and professional attitude throughout. I really loved the service and definitely will call them again

Let me start by saying I seldom post reviews but for HC, I have to make an exception. Few weeks ago, my A/C went out and as usual it was pretty hot that day. I googled near by H&C and came across High Comfort and within 45 min of a phone call; Sam the owner was at my house. Since I live in the area; he gave me really good discounts. I can honestly say that his service was top notch and its nice to see a service personnel that takes the time to check everything and fix it right the first time. I have hired others; and they're in-and-out within 15min for the next job they have lined up and with outrageous costs.

All in all, Sam spent roughly two hours at my house including cleaning up the A/C unit and cost was decent. This was my first time contacting HC for service but now I know who to contact if any appliances goes bad in my house.. Highly recommend. Keep up the good work guys and the word of mouth goes further.

The response was very fast. I called early morning at 7:30am, and was scheduled for a service visit at 10-11am. Sam came on time. He quickly identified the problem and was very patient to answer all my questions. In addition to replacing the damaged parts, Sam inspected the system throughly, and addressed some potential issues. I will recommend his professional service to my friends.

Cannot tell you how happy I was to hear that they were coming out in few hours; I called last night after 1:00 AM after my furnace went out; I could not get the company I purchased the equipment from to come out; The service was fast and the price excellent; I was facing a few days with no heat in this weather, and Sam saved the day; thank you again

Sam did a wonderful job repairing my short cycling issue with my Trane XR unit. Sam quickly determined the source of the issue. There was a block of ice around my furnace coil unit. He thawed this out, and determined that the dampers needed replacing and was causing a blockage of airflow to my ducts. The issue was repaired and was done well. I would definitely use Sam at High Comfort Heating Cooling and Refrigeration in the future for any HVAC needs.. Two thumbs up!

Called them for service late at night they answered the phone and were able to come and service my ac. They were able to get it fixed promptly for reasonable price. I was able to go back to work the next day without having to take the day off to wait for service company. I will use them again and recommend them for friends and family.
