I have been using Level One HVAC Services since 2011 and have had great service and preventative service.
The technicians are always courteous and always explain and show me potential problems that can come up.

I scheduled HVAC repair on may 11th and was told the tech would hopefully make it out by the next day. 13 days later manager is claiming they dont even do repairs.

I work in an office building in Auburn Hills. We've had consistent issues with the air conditioning for the entire time I've worked here.

This company has serviced the issue each time and has not only failed to provide a permanent solution, they consistently fail to meet deadlines, doubling back on promises again and again. I've heard it will be fixed by end of business on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday this week alone without any meaningful progress.

Much like the previous review from Jay, I am in an office building (but in Auburn Hills). The a/c has the same issues over and over and over again and nothing ever gets fixed. The A/C has been out here for at least three weeks this summer.

Probably one of the worst HVAC companies I’ve ever had the displeasure of observing. They can’t fix the air conditioner at my office. They just replaced two compressors and still can’t get it to work. It’s a complete and total shame that these people are doing such a horrible job that an entire 5 story office building doesn’t have air conditioning in the middle of a HOT Michigan summer. It was 83 degrees in my office today. These people should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

Great company! Responded in hours to my building and completely fixed what the last company messed up. Great communication, response time and staff was well equipped and friendly. Highly recommend!

I work in a building in Auburn Hills. For over 3 weeks we’ve had no air conditioning, and they have not been helpful at all. Would not recommend to anyone. The a/c is still not fixed!

This company does top notch work in a timely fashion. Highly recommend them for any commercial new builds and repairs.
