Excellent and Very Responsive Service. Quality Work. Very good communications. Fair pricing. I’ve had multiple great experiences with this team. My latest was a request of them on Sunday to install a new furnace on Monday. They completed the work and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend their services.

I called many other companies and could not find anyone to come out either the same day or the next. I called Prime Time and they immediately were able to schedule the tech to come out the next day. Prior to arriving, he text me letting me know, he was on his way. The tech arrived here on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to tell us what was wrong with our HVAC. Took less then 30 minutes. My HVAC is working great. Price was extremely reasonable and I was able to pay by CC. Thank you!

I have been a Prime Time customer for a couple of years - they take care of my 3 properties. Recently, on a very cold Sunday morning, the furnace went out in my rental property. I called Prime Time and Nick answered on the second ring (again, on a Sunday morning). He was at the condo within an hour of my call, convinced the parts house to open on a Sunday and secured the needed part and had heat running in the unit within 3 hours of my initial call. Nick and the team are the best. When I thanked Nick profusely for helping on a Sunday, he simply said, 'well, we certainly don't want anyone without heat.' That's all you need to know about Prime Time. The best.

I was referred by a neighbor; called for a quote; and the company was very responsive. A very quick turnaround for the quote, professional, and informative. I did not have the feeling that I was being taken advantage of. I was given an excellent explanation of the differences between SEER values and the expectation of recouping the additional investment.

We called after our A/C stopped working, and a technician came out an hour later. Nick was fabulous! He changed the contactor on our A/C unit, explained what had gone wrong, and even took the time to clean our unit. 10/10 would recommend Prime Time H&C!

I called Primetime this morning (Saturday) and left a voicemail. I was expecting to receive a call back Monday but I received a call-back about 10 minutes later which was amazing. My AC wasn’t working and Nick was here to repair it within a couple hours. Very quick response time and very affordable, would definitely recommend.
