Had them out twice. Once for water heater replacement and once for furnace issue. Reasonable prices and both technicians were excellent. Explained everything with no he ard upsale gimmickry!

We're so happy with the service from Ehlers. They replaced our whole HVAC system 5 years ago with no issues. I had to call last week when our AC wasn't cool enough and they promptly came and quickly fixed a small issue. We also decided to use their maintenance program that includes visits every season to diagnose issues before they cause strain on the system that could be more costly down the road. My Furnace had stopped working properly and I called them Monday morning at about 7:50 am and I got there after hours scheduling line, the dispatcher was very nice and got all my info and put me into there computer system she didn't book me an appointment because it would have charged me an emergency call fee of 169.00

She told me I have you in the system just call back at 8am so you will only pay the 100.00 dispatch fee.

The office lady I spoke with was very nice and professional. She got me scheduled for the same day with a window of 12 to 4pm. They arrived at about 2:15pm.

Kristian Keith was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and professional. If Ehlers allows you to request a technician I recommend him. He figured out the problem very quickly and explained it to me and even showed me a photo of the issue.

Once he was completed he answered all the questions I had about the furnace age and replacement if needed and also answered my questions about my AC unit which I will have them come to inspect it before the temperatures get to hot.

Company is very trustworthy as well as there technicians.
