Today This company drove over an hour in 3 separate vehicles to do a very large job for us. I couldn't be happier. They were very professional and friendly. My furnace is in the attic and I felt so bad for Jared,Joe and Ben because it's so hot up there. But they didn't complain at all. Chris took care of my hot water heater and even fixed an emergency leak in the laundry room. Joe was in and out all day,along with Ben working on the central air unit. They got all 3 major components in just over 6 hours. I also want to mention Beth the company's dispatcher, she's sweet as can be and always on the ball getting my estimates to me. Donnie was super nice when he came out to initially write up my estimate. I want to point out to all of Google land that this company is in Lapeer and I'm in Macomb County. And no they haven't paid me anything for this review, I'm just being honest. I did get a couple of quotes from around here and chose these guys instead. Thanks Michigan Heating and Cooling! You have lifetime customer.

Replaced furnace and hot water heater with a combo unit - Jared was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

The technicians that came to our home were Ben and Joe. They were very professional and friendly. I did not have to have a total install but had the gas line hook up and parts put on the old furnace. I would recommend Michigan Heating to all my friends and family. Also the initial contact was made with a tech named Jared and he got the process rolling, he also was very professional and friendly.

Trae has been out twice to look at our geothermal unit. Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Great employee! Thanks!

Had an unexpected failure of my geothermal system installed by another company. Michigan heating and cooling worked me into their busy schedule quickly. From scheduling with Beth, to the troubleshooting, parts ordering and installation with Parker and Jared, things went smoothly. They each took the time to explain every step and somehow met the time estimate, even with supply chain issues (out of their control). I would undoubtedly recommend them for any service you may require. Donald even provided us with a free quote for a new system to be installed, when we get tired of replacing parts on our old system. Professional, respectful, economical and great communication were the key attributes my wife and I noticed throughout the process.

Woke up and had no heat in my water heater. Called around and couldn’t find anyone to come look at it same day but Michigan Heating, Cooling & Plumbing took my call and had a tech on they way. My guy Chris W. had a tracking device on him so I can see where he was and had eyes on him all through the way. He showed up and right away got a good feeling from him. He looked at my water heater and knew what the problem was. Bad part was that my water heater is in a small, cramped area and he went to work with no issue. Chris fixed the issue in a timely manner and price was really reasonable. I enjoyed this company with the problem I had and will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys.

Asked me to remove my review in order to refund me for the thermocouple we had replaced that was installed by Jared and either not tested before further diagnosing $800 repair or tested and didn’t know how to identify whether the thermocouple was good or bad? They also quoted us for a $700 repair that was as simple as putting a cap on in in less than 10 minutes. Was told a majority of the quote was for multiple labor hours. I’m curious whether or not I’ll be hearing from them since I removed my original review and am reviewing them again now. I’d get a second opinion of this company’s work!

Had Ben Waite and Joe Westphal from Michigan Heating and Cooling show up to install my new geothermal WaterFurnace. They did this in one day. They were professional and open to any questions I had. They didn’t leave until I was familiar with the new thermostat, app, and WaterFurnace itself. Good job. I would recommend them.
