Jared, G one of the managers at Michigan heating and cooling recommended a AC unit that works like a dimmer switch. The one on the left in the picture. I went with one being the fancier better unit just because I figured I would give it a try.
Now I’ve called back a week later to have the two stage 16 seer, possibly replaced with the recommended unit by Jared as it works much better than the 16 seer
I’m my opinion. It is way quieter and having no trouble cooling over 2000 ft.²
The 16 seer is also cooling 2000 ft.² and doing a good job but after one week I have just falling in love with the small quieter unit.

We had a great experience with Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Our technician, Trae, came out and diagnosed our AC problem and within an hour Joe was there to give us a quote. Unfortunately the AC unit in the older home we recently moved into was just old and needed replacing. Joe gave us an estimate with 3 different options and he helped make a decision on what would be best for the size of our home and our needs. We ended up purchasing a furnace and ac unit. Within a couple days, James and Andrew came out for the installation and we were kept up to speed on everything they were doing and they answered any questions we had along the way. All 4 guys that came out were courteous and very helpful. I highly recommend Michigan Heating, Cooling and Plumbing.

We are very impressed with this company. A sudden leak the night before a home sale inspection put us in a pinch. Chris came out promptly and did all that he could to resolve the issue. Chris was prompt, honest, professional, and friendly.
Everything about our experience was positive. I highly recommend this company, as well as their plumber, Chris. Top notch!

We recently experienced a gas leak in one of our apartments. They arrived within 30 minutes, completed stove gas line repair and a furnace gas line in about 45 minutes! I was very impressed with Chris. The service technician went well above our expectations and requirements of Consumers Energy. I would highly recommend their services.

Trae Hill their technician came out for a cleaning and inspection of my 4 year old A/C unit. The outside unit had about 1/4 inch of cotton wood debris completely around the unit. He cleaned it thoroughly and also inspected the inside unit. He did a great job and was very professional.

Awesome installation of our geothermal furnace this last two days. Andrew, Jared and James were very professional and took the extra time to care about the installation from start to finish. Explained all the new features of the thermostat and furnace in detail, cleaned up the site and made sure we were 100% happy with the installation. After not receiving a call back from a company we have used before, we tried Mi Heating/Cooling for the first time. Chris was AMAZING and went above and beyond to make sure we got up and running! He was friendly, professional, and thorough, and we will definitely use them in the future!

Very impressed with this company, was having an issue with our Geothermal unit and Mark came out to diagnose and let us know we had bigger issues and recommended a new unit. Donnie was out within an our to get what he needed to get a quote and we had a new unit ordered within 48 hours and install scheduled within two weeks, very quick turnaround. Beth was very helpful. in the scheduling and invoicing process.The installation crew of Jared and Andrew could not have been better, both very professional. Had some challenges getting the unit downstairs due to tight turns and narrow doorways and Jared and Andrew were great at finding. solutions and making it happen. A part was late arriving causing some delays in finishing the install. but Jared and Andrew stuck it out and completed the install after a long day, took the time to educate me on the new system and clean up after themselves. Very happy with the work and the. Michigan Heating & Cooling team.
