Professionals. Cannot understand any of the lower reviews. Their estimate was competitive, the did what the said they were going to do, did what I asked as it was reasonable, and most telling, the county inspectors confirmed Jacks always did a quality install. Highly recommend at least getting a quote from these guys!!

We switched from propane to natural gas and after receiving an utterly OUTRAGEOUS quote from Lapeer Heating and Cooling we decided to go with Jack's who was referred to us by our neighbor. Jack's made the entire process seamless and we will gladly give them our business moving forward. Great service and all around great team.

Needed AC and furnace replaced. Owner came out personally and sat with us to review our options. Answered all our questions including my wife's 100 extra questions. Crew was on time, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. They answered my questions and didnt mind my nosiness. I'm sure I was a pest! Great family business!

Run folks, run!!! I cannot believe no one has rated these folks. They have come out twice to my home and were unable to "repair" my hot water heater and furnace, on two separate occasions. The water heater: they handed me an estimate for $1200 to replace it and walked away (estimated time 15 minutes); and the furnace: $2400 they could only "replace", also, were there about 10 minutes. I called "the other guys" in Lapeer and the water heater burner was fixed for $89 - works like a champ! and the furnace for $600. Savings? priceless... My advice is to always get a second option when "Jack" comes over. We were also under a "service contract" with them, so, perhaps they only wanted two things: 1) the money from the 15 minute call and/or 2) $$$ from new installations. Dropping service contract, not worth it.

These guys are awesome people do great work also treat customers great! They will have my business as long as I live in the area.

I feel we got a great deal on our furnace and a/c unit. It has been working well.

Had them for boiler test and to replace vents for boilers. Great service. Highly recommend

What kind of person just walks into a house without permission!! NEVER deal with these people! They are rude, unprofessional and just plain CREEPY!!
