This is one of my favorite local businesses. They’ve always been good to us, but today when I called with a furnace not running, they said they’d be here in 15 minutes! They were here in 12 minutes. Are you kidding me? That’s awesome. And the guy was friendly, communicative and thorough. I’m beyond thrilled. If you live in Lansing and use someone else, you’re missing out.

This is a great company. Our family has done business with them for years. When I recently needed a new furnace and air conditioner, in my new home, they installed the furnace, then held off installing the air until summer, so that I would not waste the overlapping months on the warranty. They were right there, at my parents house, to repair the air conditioner during a very hot time. Great company to work with. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't have been more pleased than I was with E. H. Ward. Dealing with Elliott was pleasurable to say the least and the two techs that installed our new furnace with humidifier and new central air were totally professional and neat with their work.
