McCully came to do diagnostic on our furnace. He was very polite and did his job. Explained that our furnace was 23 yrs old. He talked to my husband(Jeff), to let him know what was going on. Jeff said to install a new furnace. McCully explained the Comfort Club, we joined that as well. McCully was awesome!

AC fan quit working the night before we had a party planned. Called in the morning and they scheduled a tech to diagnose the issue same day! The tech was polite and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, and gave an overall system health report once everything was up and running.
