We've used Doug and team many times over the years, across several homes. He is always professional, responsive and does great work. Highly recommend.

Called Doug at 8 in the morning and he was over by 830 diagnosing the problem. My previous HVAC company had noted a leak from my AC but said it was ok to run. Unfortunately, major damage was done to my furnace from the leak and it needed to be replaced. Some how Hi Tech was able to replace it that very day, Doug is honest and upfront. Hi Tech is my new HVAC company!!

Doug was very helpful and accommodating with our schedules. When our issue first started, he was over in less than an hour to let us know what was going on with our furnace. He had great info and recommendations

Doug came out on short notice. Our furnace was having intermittent issues and it was 56 degrees when he got here. He explained everything, was very thorough and everything was working when he was done. I will be recommending him to everyone and will be calling only him if I ever need help again.

Doug and his team are amazing! They are true professionals. I was at home the day they installed our furnace and central a/c unit. They were right on time, they started to hustle the minute they hit the door. I watched them work. True masters of their craft as they worked like a well oiled machine. They were so nice, too! They finished the job in one day a day less than "the other guys" who we talked to. Also, Hi-Tech's price couldn't be beat. Job came in exactly as quoted. No hidden 'surprises'! Definately the best this area has to offer. A++++

I am a very meticulous person and as such I normally do everything myself, so when a buddy pointed me to Hi Tech to install my garage HVAC I was skeptical best. However after meeting with them for a quote, all my concerns fell to the side. The installation was a difficult one at best and these guys made it look simple. Additionally, the team came up with suggestions I had not even considered.
While I don't say this often about a contractor, these guys exceeded my expectations by a long shot!....and the customer satisfaction was outstanding....the job was so relaxing I wish I had another furnace/AC to install! It's too bad Hi Tech doesn't have other trades!

Came home from out of town yesterday to a house at 30 degrees. Called Doug and he had a tech out within an hour to diagnose the issue. We were up and running a few hours after that and we cannot thank you enough. A super nice guy to deal with. Definitely someone to recommend.

Doug was great at finding the problem and fixing it... Our heat went out last night and Doug was here first thing mid morning had it up and running, explained the issues and took care of it right away!!
I give them 10 ⭐'s and two thumbs up!!

So I just have to report our most recent experience with Douglass Walter owner of HiTech. I left him a msg asking him to consider a gas line/washer/dryer install as mine died over the weekend. He called me back within an hour. Made arrangements for him to come same day to quote. Had his team out the next day. Installed and inspected and completed in less than 3 days total!
My husband commented to his team how conscientious and professional they are. Team said ‘Douglass requires Perfection from us.’ Really nice men. I don’t know if you guys are on this site but if you are: Thank You Hi Tech!!

We found him by coincidence. We purchased a used car from him and he was so honest and forthcoming about the car. We bought it and it really was a great car. Still have it.
Anyhow we also used him for heat and ac both went out. He did not recommend replacing either. He got them both working for a fraction of the cost! 👏 Bravo DOUG!!
Had other companies come out tell us stuff is beyond repair🙄(like I’ve never heard that before) wanting to sell a new unit. No thank you. Hi tech is 100% straight up!

Also for what it’s worth Benjamin Franklin came out for our hwh first thing before he even made it to the basement was telling us we need a new tank at 5k ! Spent 30 min trying to convince my husband. Whaaaat!! Not!! Sent him packing.
Ended up being a loose pipe!!!!

Had a problem with my Geothermal system and called Doug, the owner. Even though it wasn't an emergency (no heat) situation he made time to stop by my house that afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and spent a lot of time with me talking about my system. I found him to be very knowledgeable about Geothermal and my closed loop system. There are a lot of variables when it comes to balancing for peak performance and Doug knows his stuff. I would highly recommend his company.
