Great service - very trustworthy. I had an issue with my furnace last year and the tech who came out tried to tell my my furnace was at its end of life and I should consider getting a new one. This guy took one look at the serial number and said that it was built in 2008....not anywhere near end of life. He showed me where to look for the error codes and explained the possible issue with the exhaust and intake pipes and modifications I should make to them.

I highly recommend Hi-Tech for any furnace or a/c issues you might have.

Doug was AWESOME! He showed up on time (early, in fact - since he called after an earlier appt. opened up), was very professional, had the parts that were needed on hand, and ensured I understood what the problem was so I felt comfortable with the repair cost. I would definitely hire this company again!

Had our furnace and AC replaced last fall and they just came back out to check that the AC starts up and will work well. Everyone I've dealt with from Hi-Tech has been friendly, knowledgable and not pushy (a big bonus in my book!). Very happy with the unit we purchased as well. I will definitely use them again when needed and refer to friends!

I called another local heating contractor to replace my heat exchanger on my Goodman furnace because I was getting flame roll out due to a cracked heat exchanger. This company replaced my heat exchanger and charged me $663. Still had flame roll out. They blamed low gas pressure. I called Hi-Tech and spoke with Doug about my problem. He told me that my problem was still the heat exchanger, probably due to a faulty installation. BTW, I called Doug, left a message, and 2 minutes later he called me back!

Back to my problem. Doug sent out Jim the very same day and Jim verified that the problem was still the heat exchanger. He pulled out the new one that was installed and we discovered that the other company failed to install 16 screws that held the primary and secondary exchangers together. This caused air to blow through the exchanger causing flame roll out (which is dangerous). Jim had my problem fixed in a about 2 hours (he doesn't mess around - very focused and knows what he is doing). In the process of fixing the exchanger Jim noticed cracks in the exhaust collector box (I think that is the correct terminology) that the previous heating contractor tried to fix with caulk and black electrical tape! So Jim ordered the parts to put my furnace back the way it should have been and not held together with caulk and tape.

Hi-Tech is my new heating contractor and I will use them for all my heating, cooling, and water heater issues (water heater is close to 20 years old so I know that will need changing out soon).

Do yourself a favor and save time and frustration by giving Doug a call when your furnace or AC goes out. Believe me it is money well spent in peace of mind alone!

Had the team come out twice in the past couple of months. Once for a broken AC and once for a furnace tune-up. The team is excellent. As first time home-owners, they allowed me to stand over them to get an understanding of what everything was and best practices to ensure nothing happens down the road. The team is courteous and I would highly recommend them to anyone for heating/cooling needs.

Fantastic service! My hot water heater died at 2:30 on a Friday, and by 5.30 the guys at Hi-Tech had a new one installed and running. Super friendly, expert, installation. I cannot say enough good things about them!

Hi-Tech was able to come to my house within an hour when my boiler failed in the middle of January. Excellent customer service, and was pleasantly surprised they didn't gouge me with the emergency call - very fairly priced! Bill the service person was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable

My furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. I called Hi-Tech in the morning and Doug squeezed me into his day so I could once again have heat. He went above and beyond for me. From now on he is my “go to list” for any heating and cooling issues…….reasonable too!!

Doug at Hi-Tech is great. Very honest, fair pricing, and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend and plan to go to him for all of my future HVAC needs.

Jason and Jon came to my home and installed all new furnace, on demand hot water heater, air conditioning unit, water softener and reverse osmosis system. Everything was done quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything was done very clean, and they were extremely professional. I am SO happy with my experience with Hi-Tech.
