Doug and Gavin did a great job replacing our furnace. They had a new furnace in stock and installed it right away. They were recommended by a few friends, and I would recommend them as well.

I have been using Hi-tech for at least the last 5 years for various small boiler repairs and upgrades. Today, they replaced both my furnace and water heater all in one day. I am very pleased with the workmanship and the products they recommended.

Our air unit stopped working within a week of moving into our new home. Doug from Hi Tech was super responsive, professional, and had us up and running in very little time. Every time I have called, Doug gets us on the schedule right away, is so friendly and helpful, and always makes sure you know what you are paying for. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My Dad was in need of a furnace at his house in Milford. Doug came out and met me at a specific time to give me an estimate, no 3-4 hour window.
They did the install and everything went exactly as planned. They communicated very well, dealt with 7”
Of snow and cleaned up after themselves.

The best. They came out to repair our defective (very old) heating and cooling system. After running some numbers and the age of the system, it was deemed she needed to be replaced. The team showed up on day one on time, kept the place clean, cleaned up everyday. The craftsmanship was amazing, we are very impressed.

Not only that, Doug is not a pushy salesman trying to sell you things you don't want (or need). I felt the price was much more competitive than the competition and we have no buyers remorse. A truly honest company. I will be recommending them to anyone and everyone looking for a new heating and cooling system.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Hi-Tech. They were able to schedule me next day (Robin Aire wanted a week). Doug came in and diagnosed the problem in no time and had it fixed just as quickly. He gave me some additional tips without sounding condescending (you know how that can be). The prices were fair. He even asked before he put their sticker on my furnace. That's considerate.

I hope I don't need them again, but when I do, I'm confident they'll do a good job.

Doug and his crew were extremely timely and professional when they replaced our central air system this spring. I Couldn't ask for better service. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a furnace/AC company.

2/4/2020 Update - Needed a new furnace when we got back from vacation. They had one installed the very next day. Great service, great price.

Excellent service, timely and reasonable prices. Our furnace is old and Hi-Tech has helped us limp along until we can get a new one all the while being honest with what can or may not happen. When you can trust a company, it's worth every penny. I would highly recommend this company!

Was very pleased with the service and the price. The serviceman was prompt and polite. He seemed very thorough and explained everything. Will definitely be calling them for service, in the future, for my Geothermal unit.
5 months later, had to call Hi Tech to come out. My Geo unit stopped working, blew the auxiliary heating panel and that took out the control panel. Doug from hi tech fixed it and it works better now than it did after the original install! Used to wind up the fan really loud, a piercing noise. Now the heat exchanger is really quiet. Thank you Hi Tech!!
