Super responsive and quick. Our hot water heater took a nose dive and died. Doug and Joe were on top of it and installed a new one in no time!!! We will be using them for our new furnace for sure in the fall.

We had an issue with our heating unit. We contacted High Tech and they were out same day. Not only was their response time amazing, but they were very informative and fixed the problem right on the spot. I would highly recommend Doug and his crew anytime.

Not only are their prices fair, they go above and beyond to make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck ... AND they left our basement cleaner than when they found it after replacing a furnace and water heater!

If I could give this man 10 stars I would. We were without heat for 4 weeks because we couldn't afford anyone else. Doug has great rates! He came one the next day and fixed it within 15 minutes. He was very nice and very honest. He didn't over stay just to get money. Doug knows what he is doing . A+++++++++

Amazing! Fantastic! Don't bother to go anywhere else for your HVAC problems. Doug was knowledgeable, reasonably priced, FAST, efficient, friendly and don't mind me saying, fine as hell! Sweet Christmas yes!!! Anyways, I will definitely be sabotaging my furnace all winter and you should do the same.

I don't write many reviews, but felt compelled to do so. Doug promptly responded to my internet inquiry. He walked me through how to check certain items myself over the phone in an attempt to avoid a charge. He ended up coming out the same day, and found a minor problem. He showed me how to handle it in the future. He went the extra mile to look through everything. It's so difficult to find trustworthy HVAC companies, and I believe I found mine.

Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely courteous. This company was recommended to me from a White Lake resident when I moved to Waterford. My furnace was cleaned and checked and ready for winter, and my new programmable thermostat is super. Thank you Hi-Tech!

Actually cared, I had Doug work for me and he was very professional, as well as hands on learning to save money in the future. I also needed help again the same day and he came back without charging me again! Very honest and skilled workers! Highly Recommended!
