Great experience and service. My furnace died in below freezing temperatures and they turned my stressful situation into an easy experience. They were very responsive, sent someone out for an estimate next day, and got me scheduled for an install within a few days. They explained everything clearly and let me know what my options were. I ended up going for a new furnace and I'm so happy I did. I definitely recommend.

Prompt communications (and frequent).Diagnosed problems correctly for 2 furnaces and central air conditioning. Developed a contract for replacements and repairs. Received and installed replacement parts promptly. Removed all faulty equipment and cleaned up the work site. Provided respectful and friendly explanations of all our HVAC problems and suggested solutions.

My furnace thermostat went out, and Oasis came to repair it. I said go ahead and put one in. After installing the thermostat, Jim said the cheapest thermostat he could find was $150, and his cost was $140 wholesale. However, Jim dropped the invoice in my house, and I found it after he left. His wholesale cost was $51. Total bill was $225 for less than an hour of work and $50 in materials. He even had to borrow a screwdriver to install the thermostat.
People only lie when they feel they have done something wrong. I understand why Jim lied. Terrible experience. Use this company at your own risk.

Always there when I need help and Jim lives right across the street from me. I have always called if anything broke on my furnace, even on a Sunday. I so appreciate it, if I could have afforded a tip, I definitely would have given one. Thank you

Jim has always been honest and fair with me. He helps me much more then he should in different ways. He is always kind and very polite. I trust him with anything in my house. He is a good man and God has blessed him. I recommend him to all my friends.
