They are extremely thorough. He stopped by between jobs to take a look at my furnace. Said he would be back the following morning. They came in did the repair. Very fair on cost. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Castle has serviced our home for 2 years now. We are so happy we found them! He has repaired our furnace until it needed to be completely replaced, fixed our A/C unit twice due to mouse issues, and added return vents. He always comes within a day or two, responds the same day almost every time, and handles my countless questions with a smile. Leaves no trace behind. Cannot recommend this company enough.

Had a problem with my furnace & was recommended Castle Heating & Cooling ,by Consumers Energy. I called & Neil answered. It was 7:30 p.m & he said he could be here soon. A half hour went by & Neil showed up. Very freindly. He checked my furnace & all it need was a cleaning. He took care of that & before i knew it I had heat again. Neil is very knowledgeable and helped us when we were in a bind twice...in the hottest month of the year when our AC went out and in the coldest month when our furnace went out. He was able to provide fast, affordable service. We highly recommend Castle Heating and Cooling!

Very great to work with Neil. I called him in the morning and he was out to my house in 1 hour. Fixed a few things wrong with my furnace and had the best price of everyone I called in the area. Will definitely be calling again.
