Victory Mechanical

My central air unit quit last night- called Mike at Victory this morning. He was booked solid but still fit me in at the end of his scheduled day. He and his apprentice Ben found the problem, had the part and repaired my unit. They were super friendly and didn’t charge us an arm and a leg- very honest and reasonable pricing. I’m always terrified when a major appliance needs repair. Mike and Ben checked everything and gave us some good advice on how to get some more time out of an older unit. When it needs to be replaced, I will definitely call Victory. I’m very appreciative and happy I’ve found someone trustworthy. Thanks Mike and Ben from Victory Mechanical Heating and Cooling!

I was really happy with my decision to call Victory. It was pretty much like having my dad out to fix the furnace in that he was friendly with my kids and even my dogs. He was very affordable and dependable. I sometimes get nervous when I have to have repairmen in my house when it's just me and the kids, but he was the repairman that you would HOPE all repairmen would be like. He could have sold us a new furnace, but instead he hunted to find us a part. He successfully fixed our furnace. It was exactly what he thought it would be, though he did try other steps in an attempt to avoid a moderately expensive part. In our minds, the part wasn't even expensive, but he said that word of mouth matters, so he always tries to do the best job he can.

I didn't know for sure what I was getting myself into, because with trades like this, sometimes, people take advantage. He is honest, reliable and friendly.
