Got parts for furnace and they couldn't tell me what wire went where,, they told me to experiment with it because they didnt know either !

Plumbed a/c condensate to a blocked basement drain and refused to remedy the problem while my basement flooded for three days while denying responsibility.

THEY SUCK.....MISLEAD INTO THINKING 69 DOLLAR SERVICE CALL WOULD BE A CREDIT ON MY TOTAL SERVICE CALL ...IT WAS NOT ..TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OUT LEFT A LOOSE WIRE THAT MADE NOISE HE HAD TO COME BACK AND FIX IT..AND WAS RUDE BOTH TIMES HE WAS HERE.....NEVER AGAIN
