Why did you just hang up on me? Is your technician coming by 10 ? Or you just want to cancel the appointment? I made a note that I made an appointment at 10 this morning! And I asked you to hold for 1 second on the phone but you just hung up. I tried calling your company right after and you didn’t answer.What is going on? You coming or what?

Wow, I want to hear again the call if that’s possible. I was going to appreciate your service if it ever happened. But you just made me a bad person. I did not even get a chance to be explained how this happened. You just hung up! I just needed an explanation and how we can fix this. But you never answered my call! How could this happen? Wow. I am so surprised how you react.

Hired Karolyi's to replace our furnace after a fire. I provided the owner our insurance adjusters contact and claim number. They took care of all of the correspondence regarding the insurance directly. This is exactly what we needed during a very stressful time. Karolyi's technicians arrived when scheduled, were very professional and did amazing work. They even went out of their way to inform of us of other issues caused by the fire unrelated to their scope which I'm sure saved us some future headaches. Bottom line is they: were easy to work with, did more than was expected, completed everything as originally scheduled, kept us informed and honored their quotes. I would challenge anyone to find another contractor in any trade that checks all of those boxes.

Had a flower cooler to be pumped out and they came to the rescue . We were last minute when we called and they moved their schedule around to accommodate me . The service was excellent Dane was our service guy . I was very happy with all their services from answering my call to doing the job right down to not charging me a arm and leg . Highly recommended them and would use them again .

Our furnace went out late on a Saturday night. We called Sunday morning and had two technicians out right after breakfast. Thankfully, it was a quick fix, but they stayed on site for a while to make sure the furnace ran (and stayed running!). Thank you so much!

I called to make an appointment to have my unit looked at and the operator I spoke with gave me some advice on what to try and looked at first. His recommendations help and save me from spending money and time. I highly recommended them and if I have any issues in the future they will receive my business.

Called and complained about their how one of their trucks was being driven. The owner was very rude, called me a liar. I hung up on him 3 times and he left me 2 voice mails and 3 texts calling me drunk and other insults. His text asked if I wanted him to "beat the driver". Doesn't help that one of the voice mails was from the day after the incident.

Matt was fantastic! He came out on a late Friday afternoon, fixed a problem that several other companies could not for months. He communicated status, and was friendly and professional.

Great company, replaced my furnace and air conditioner. Me and the owner chatted and he explained to me how he runs his business, I believe himself and his techs are very professional and extremely straight forward just what I personally like in a small business.

Very bad driver. Almost hit me and another car while pulling out into the turn lane. Don't know about the work they do but very bad driver

Just in case anyone else is planning on calling for their AC unit. I asked they can replace my AC unit and was told they're "not interested in that kind of work" no explanation given but I'm going to guess they only do heating? 🤷
