Very disappointed in JLH. I contacted the two times based on the reviews listed here. Received their 'answering machine'. Left my name and cell phone number. Never received a call back. Of course, I cannot review any other particulars about the company beyond the lack of professionalism.

JLH replaced some rooftop HVAC units that were vandalized at my business a couple of years ago and did a terrific job then, so when my wife and I moved into a house recently that needed a new furnace I got a quote from them that was quite reasonable and decided that it would have been stupid to not go with a known entity rather than a stranger (even if they advertise a lot). When we ran into a problem related to the air conditioner that was not a part of the original deal they took care of it and treated me fairly when they could have easily taken advantage of the situation. When the project was complete and the local building inspectors came out, my wife overheard the electrical inspector repeating "Nice, Nice" over and over again and the mechanical inspector told her what a top notch installation we had gotten. You can't get much of a better endorsement than one coming from someone who looks at these installations for a living and sees both good and bad ones.

This is by far the best heating and air conditioning company in the Metro Detroit Area. The contractors were extremely friendly and very skilled at what they do. If you're looking for any HVAC work for your home or business, I'd advise you to call JLH.

This business has great customer service. Their technicians are polite, courteous, and thorough. They also have reasonable prices. Thank you for servicing the working class community.👍🏽😊

We scheduled 3 times during 2 weeks
They never showed, Dave didn’t answer to over 100 calls during these days and didn’t get back to any messages or email.
And after over 10 days he said- I can’t take this Job, Don’t waste your time.

I have been using this company for years. Costs comparable with others.
Minimal waiting unless its busy season. Dave and son do good work. 👍🏽

David and Day came right in and explained to us what we needed and the hazards we needed to correct. They were really professional and I totally appreciated their input on my dilemma. Thank you so very much.

The technician was prompt in returning call, knowledgeable and quite helpful with assisting me.

Arrived in good time and made sure it was working when something needed to be replaced they took the time to explain what and why as well as show me the part. No complaints
