This is my very first review ever. I started not to give this review because I am just not a complainer. But, if I can help someone from going through what I did, I’m willing to share.

If I could give this company “0” stars I would. This company (Yes Kiperyl Fowler and his team Robbie and Shawn) installed my mini split a little more than a year ago. This unit was installed to provide heating AND cooling. For the last year and a half I have been calling Good Helpers and speaking with Darlene, the assistant, Kip never called back even after text messages.

Hoping that someone would come to my aid about this faulty unit. I have complained about no heat, no cooling, leaking and a multitude of other things. I have not received a phone call back or service to correct the issue yet.

Robbie came out once, to look at the unit but never returned to fix the problem. I paid over 4500.00 for a brand new unit from the Good Helpers company and finally gave up in trying to contact them.

I ended up calling a REPUTABLE company to take a look at the unit and install another brand new unit. Which means that I had to purchase another new unit over again! The “NEW” company confirmed for me that Good Helpers NEVER installed a heating unit only an air condition unit. Which means we went through and entire winter season without heat.

Doing business when you’re not a honest person or have an honest team is not something you should be doing to hard working and trusting people. DO NOT patronize this company, they will take your money, install the incorrect product, offer no warranty and not return your phone call. Not good business. You have been warned.

They kept saying there professional. I understand that they called my installation and emergency but I have yet had anyone explain the system to me. And for the second time I can’t seem to turn the system off and I don’t need heat in the summertime and ad of now it’s over 90 degeess

The Good Helpers team is one of the best HVAC company’s in the metro Detroit area. They are professional and do quality work for reasonable prices. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable HVAC service.

I will not recommend this company to anyone. I called and left messages regarding a bad ignition button on my hot water tank. As of today, they have not responded. This is a serious matter, but obviously not to them. I'm reporting them to the Better Business Bureau...

There are times when you pay for work to be done you are cheated and very disappointed.kip's company did an absolute Miracle at my home. I am so very happy!
