This was my first time hiring this company, and Adam was very professional and honest. Unlike other companies that advertise lower prices and then hit you with hidden fees on the day of service, I paid what I was quoted.

Adam arrived on time, was very pleasant, and thorough.

Although my appointment was in the evening, yet Adam didn’t seem rushed or in a hurry to cut any corners. This company’s perfect score is well deserved. I don’t think anyone will be disappointed hiring this company or dealing with Adam.

Their team was efficient and professional! They provided amazing duct cleaning service. Our before and after is night and day, happy with our decision to utilize them!

Unbelievable service and professionalism. I tried to DIY my own dryer vent cleaning with a drill brush system. I hit a clog and the brush and a rod ended up stuck in the middle of the run. The gentleman who came out ( on a Sunday afternoon 😳) not only fixed my mistake and got the tool out, but cleaned the rest of the line out which was clogged with a huge amount of lint, cleared the lint out of the dryer itself and reconnected my dryer ducting and foil taped it secure before checking its function. Absolutely with out a doubt going to use them for my HVAC cleaning and all their services going forward. Probably kept me from a certain fire in the near future. Recommend to your loved ones to get their dryer vent ducts cleaned once a year and use Quality Plus Air Duct Cleaning if you live in the metro Detroit area. Honest, humble, and his work is phenomenal. What a big difference the sad part is I hired a different company last year, more expensive and basically after what I saw I realized the previous company ripped me off.
