Quality Plus Air Duct Cleaning

My first time cleaning my air duct/vent. He shows you the before and after picture and it will shock you. I wish I had it done it sooner. Great Service Thank you !

My mom was at our place to let the company in...she was impressed with the professionalism and is now going to book with them as well. It was the positive reviews that made me pick this company and I'm glad i did.

Highly recommend this company. Wow.. Truly professionals at there job. The before and after pictures were impressive. They take the extra steps to ensure that they keep all extra dust to a minimum and cleaned up after.. AMAZING JOB...THX AGAIN..

I had the ducts cleaned at my property and I am most pleased. The service was performed on time at a great price. Everything was explained to me before he started the process and videos of the ducts before and after were sent. I am pleased the dust situation around the house is much improved.

My mom called on 2/20 for duct cleaning...given appt for 2/23 @9 AM. There was an ice storm the night before but most areas still had power, including my mother's. NO ONE from Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning called to say they weren't coming, my mom only found out when SHE CALLED THEM. Alex or Adam told her they'd call her the next day (today) to come out to do the job they were originally scheduled to do. STILL NO CALL. I called the number listed for the business (the same one my mom called) this morning and was met with a simple "Hello", so I asked if this was Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning, he sheepishly answered in the affirmative. I explained why I was calling and he said that "the traffic lights being out put them way behind"...which I can understand but the issue is NO ONE FROM Quality Plus Air Duct cleaning even giving a customer the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule or give an ETA for when they'd be coming to do the work they were scheduled to do. I have a very strong feeling based on the tone of the person I spoke with this morning, that they didn't plan to do the job at my mom's house in the first place. I'd recommended this business to her based on the review...and based on my and my mom's experience, some or all of these reviews are FAKE. I have ZERO reason to recommend this business to anyone, as they are very unprofessional. I'm glad they didn't have access to my mom's home or money...they aren't worth it. *ZERO STARS*

Amazing work. Quality people. Highly recommend for anyone who has pets or suffers from allergies. Entire process took about an hour and half.

Adam was very professional, he went through the entire air duct system! He took before and after videos and I was shocked to see all the dirt and dust. I highly recommend them, great service and great people.
