The technician communicated with me about arrival time and was very professional when they arrived to my house on time. He was able to troubleshoot my furnace issue and fix the problem. Melad is nothing short of Greatness! I took a risk reaching out to him through the Nextdoor app without seeing his reputation or anything on Google. When I reached out he diagnosed my issue vet the phone and was very knowledgeable about HVAC services. He came out to my home twice and repaired the piping in my water heater, did routine maintenance on my AC unit and installed a water detector as well. I would give him 10 stars if it was available. What I enjoy is that he provides options along with knowledge around each option. I’m trying to find work for him just because he’s great.
