Water heater repair. This company provides very good service and are available on an emergency basis weekends and after business hours. Byron did a great job working on our water heater very polite and professional. I would recommend this company as we have been using them for 21 years ever since we moved into our home. Never had a bad experience yet 😃

I had Matheson come out to replace my Furnace, AC, Water Heater and Water Softener. Matheson was one of a few companies that is able to replace all of the items. Most do not do Water Softeners. Chris was awesome. He was very knowledgeable. He did the proper sizing calculation for my home and maximized the AC coil with the AC Unit. He did a water sample to ensure the correct water softener. Chris took care of filing for the maximum DTE and Consumers rebates. The installation was professional and clean. They even modified existing items to meet code requirements. I had no issues when the township inspection occurred. I found out the original equipment that was installed in my home was completed by Matheson 25+ years ago. When other companies came out to quote my job, they said whoever installed your system knew what they were doing. I am the 4th home on my street that has recently had Matheson replace their whole system. All of them had the same experience.

Update 04/26/2023 I called yesterday to see if I could have someone look at and possibly replace my water heater and not only could they get someone next day they also ended up installing it today as well. Brock and Jared were fantastic! Cannot say enough about the wonderful quality of their work and amazing customer service!

I had a couple of neighbors reccomend Matheson and I couldn't have been happier! Extremely helpful, friendly and fast. I will definitely use then again if needed.

On Saturday December 10th the motor on my 100 year old’s furnace went out. I called Matheson’s and a technician named Byran was at her home within an hour. Of course it was the weekend and parts were not available. I think it bothered Byran as much as it did us, although we were understanding that with or being the weekend that there wasn’t much he could do. On Monday morning Byran called me at 8:20 AM stating that he had located the needed part, and at 2PM he was there to install it! I am very pleased with how he was with my friend and how responsive he was with me. He is truly a professional you can trust!

We had a Furnace system installed 2 years ago. Today we had our yearly checkup. Trevor Dodge, as always, was so efficient and knowledgeable and certainly pleasant and friendly. We have used Matheson Heating and Air for many many years. They are a terrific company and we would highly recommend them.

Can’t say enough good about Matheson and the crew that installed my new furnace and AC…they were on time, very respectful, clean and supplied all the information I needed about my furnace and new thermostat…thank you for the great job!!!

Matheson Heating came out for a routine check up of my furnace. Devin Patrick was the technician. When taking apart the system for a safety check he noticed the secondary heat exchange was leaking. This needed to be replaced. I'm very grateful Devin was so proactive in his inspection. The outcome could have been horrific. A couple days later he returned to replace the exchanger. Devin is very professional and went out of his way to assure me that all would be good.

The service man Trevor Dodge was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job for us and our a/c is running better than ever! We are very pleased with Matheson Heating, Air & Plumbing and would recommend them to anyone.

I call MATHESON every year to do a system check on my furnace. It’s 17 years old and still running great. I’m sure it’s because they come in and take good care of it. Great service people—today was Devin. On time, professional and went over things to watch but didn’t try to “sell” me anything I didn’t need….and I appreciate that!!!
