10/10 this company is amazing! They are very professional and helpful. This past year I needed to get both a new furnace and new ac unit installed, Matheson's did an incredible job on both for me. Prior to the new appliances they had helped me out with repairs on my older equiptment as well. The crew has excellent customer service: friendly, They work hard, fast and they are always on time. And so far I haven't had any problems what so ever with my new equiptment. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! Highly worth the money!

Their crew replaced everything in 4 hours. They found 2 problems from previous installation. Fixed everything additional at no extra charge.

I had my water heater replaced last Friday. Brock and Jake were amazing. They were on time (early), answered all of my questions, explained what work needed to be done and why, and discussed safety. The work was done professionally, my area was cleaned afterwards, and my system works great. As a bonus, Jake diagnosed and fixed a water pressure problem I had dealt with for months. He was the fourth plumber to visit my home and I had already had my water treatment system replaced and well serviced. I am incredibly grateful for the work done and would reccomend Matheson for plumbing needs.

Devin, our Matheson technician, was fantastic! He helped locate our problem and quickly fix it. Additionally, he discovered several instances where our duct work was not properly connected. Matheson provided excellent service replacing our 28 year old furnace last week. Project Supervisor Chris Downs clearly explained our options and educated us well about current technologies, the installation process and inspection. The installation crew was polite and highly competent. They answered all of our questions and explained how the new furnace will operate differently from the old one. We appreciate their skill and hard work.

Just had my new furnace AC and water heater installed yesterday by Matheson. This has been a very easy experience. Knowledgeable, polite and thoughtful employees. Cleaned up everything, answered all my questions and took time to explain how to take care of everything. No pushy sales person and their price was better than the other companies that quoted me the same products. This was a great experience in all areas. I would most definitely recommend that you give them a call for any of your heating or cooling needs you will not be disappointed. Oh one more thing they are even doing the paperwork and applying for my utility rebate!
