Bad communication and low professionalism. I called about maintenance on an old boiler. Scheduler said sure sure we will send someone out. A couple guys come out. I describe that I had an energy audit, and they found elevated CO levels although it wasn't dangerous and saw a pipe was bubbling a little. We have a brand new CO detector right at the entrance of the room where our boiler is. Has never gone off. The young man attempted to fix /find the leak in the pipe, but the older guy immediately stopped him saying that's an easy fix but wanted to test my combustion. Drilled a hole in my boiler and told me this is too dangerous to run and just turns off my boiler without explanation or consultation. Tells me it's dangerous and my cats will go first, which I thought was kind of slimy. I point out my CO detector and he says they aren't really enough warning. OK dude. Didn't fix anything, gets noticably annoyed when I ask about maintenance that I was requesting, and tells me a sales guy will call. And I'm charged 140 for this. Just seemed a bit off and red tag scammy. I would just make sure you watch them like a hawk and not let them do anything without asking. I would have liked to have been asked before a hole was drilled in my boiler and it was shut off completely. I dont know how boilers work, and it was pretty cold without heat last night and today. We used it all winter without issue. My cats are fine. We have plans to replace it at some point, but that should be our decision, not an HVAC company who walked in my house 10 min ago.

Devin came right over on time and was EXTREEMLY helpful! He fixed my AC problems and got my family cool again. Can't thank him/Matheson enough and will absolutely go back to them if/when I've got HVAC issues in the future.

I had Jacob Michels install a shower valve. This review is about working with him and helping him when I could from start to finish. Jacob is a craftsman who is honest, diligent and very knowledgeable. I got the opportunity to see his quality work and an explanation of everything he was doing as the job progressed. You can tell a lot about a craftsman by the tools that he uses and this gentleman has the best equipment to work with and having the right tools for the job makes it look easy. In the near future when I need some more plumbing work done I will call Matheson and request Jacob!

Professional Organization from start to finish, they solved a heating and cooling issue we have had for 15 years at no cost with our new Furnace and AC installation. Highly Recommended.

My furnace was damaged due to an electrical grounding issue caused by an ice storm . I called Matheson, told them my problem and they immediately Igave me a day and time a tech would be here. Devin arrived as scheduled, determined the repairs needed, picked up the part needed, and I had blessed warm air circulating in my home in less than 4 hours!

I'd highly recommend Matheson after my first experience with them. I first met with Chris for a quote, who guided me through all of the different options for replacing our furnace and A/C. He had done his homework on our home beforehand and had the load calculations ready to go. The other quotes I got that day focused on the biggest and best systems. Chris was simply focused on finding the right equipment for my home, which was important because the previous system was far too large.

On install day, the crew (Chad, Shane and Andrew) showed up with Chris 15 minutes before their scheduled time and promptly got to work. Throughout the day they were always on hand to answer any questions I had and treated my home with respect -- being careful not to dent walls or scuff the floors. Chad was especially patient with all of my questions about the equipment. They finished up just before the time Chris quoted me and cleaned up everything as they left.

The work speaks for itself. Very happy with our purchase and service.

He showed up shortly thereafter and was able to quickly diagnose the issue and repair it. We have used this company for many years and have always appreciated the professionalism of their employees.

Had a problem with my Furnace cycling too often. Ian identifed it and implemented a workable, affordable solution. I also had Jared and Brock out to do a plumbing inspection. They noticed my well manifold was rusted and needed to be replaced. Took care of it very quickly. Professional. Punctual. Affordable.

While on deployment with the national guard I had a small gas leak from the pipe in my kitchen leading to the stove. This section of pipe was actually installed not too long ago by another local company who was supposed to warranty it, but of course didn't honor it. Matheson was recommended to me by the family readiness and support group (a referral that I then got a second opinion on from my buddy at 1800 water damage just to make sure).

The company was able to send someone out to fix the issue in a timely manner. They ended up sending Brock and Jake; both were extreamly kind and informative to my wife. It doesn't happen often that my wife will say "you chose a good company" when it comes to home maintenance stuff... But this was one of those times. The work was done quite quickly/efficiently and at a reasonable price. Would not call them the cheapest service but they are definitely not overpriced.
