Jared came and replaced a shower cartridge that I would not have been able to do myself, even after doing research after the fact! He was Extremely professional and friendly, and respectful of my time! Much appreciated!

What great service! I was able to schedule an appointment the same day. Kevin called to let me know he was on the way. I received a text message with Kevin’s photo, which was a great security feature. A part was needed that was quite a distance away. The part was picked up and then Kevin returned to my house to install the part quickly. I was quoted the price in advance. Very satisfied!

Technician Brock Leist from Matheson Heating, Air and Plumbing came out the same day to repair a plumbing problem.

Our A/C went out during the hottest week of the year and Jeff, from Matheson, saved the day. He came out late on Saturday and fixed our problem with our incredibly old unit. Thankfully, it was revived and our family found quick relief. Big thanks to Jeff

I had Chris from Matheson come and give me a cost to update my HVAC system. It was 10 + years old and needed repairs.. I elected to replace everything. The date the crews were to do the replacement they were prompt I was told 8 AM it was 8 AM the crew members knew what needed to be done one went outside and removed the coolant and unit, one other removed the old furnace another installed the intake and exhaust work. It went like clock work. I could say nothing but perfect. Chris even completed and submitted rebate papers for Detroit and Consumers Power. The local inspector came by the next day and said I don’t know why I follow they guys I never find anything.

I've been using Matheson for some time now, simply because every experience I have is as good or better than the last - and this time was no exception. I was due for my annual "health check" on the furnace and from the time I was contacted by Todd at the office (to remind me) - through to when Kevin and Jermaine showed up, did there job and reviewed their findings with me, it could not have gone any smoother. What I have come to expect from working with Matheson, is a partner that provides Premier Service, Professionalism and Trust...attributes that seem to be in very limited supply these days.
