MY service tech was Devin. When he called to say he was on his way I was about to leave to pick up kids from school and he said he would wait until I got back. I want to thank him for being understanding. I think I was his last appointment but he stayed and did a thorough job of cleaning my unit. He was here for just over an hour. I'm a satisfied customer.

We had a bit of a plumbing emergency today & Brock came out within half an hour and saved us! He was knowledgeable, professional, polite & courteous and fixed the leak in our wall that was spraying all over the living room like a kids sprinkler. If we ever have another plumbing need, we will call and ask for Brock..he was just that good!!

Cannot recommend enough - I know it’s never fun to call a plumber in an emergent situation, however, making the call to Matheson was the right choice. From the lady who answered the phone and calmly and kindly assured me she would get the only guy working that day(who was already on a job) out to fix our leak to the technicians that showed up (Jared & Brock) and fixed the leak in a timely & professional matter . It’s not easy having things go awry, but even harder with a newborn and toddler , Jared and Brock were amazing to work with and we are so thankful the squeezed us in the same day. This company has always been amazing. All the technicians are great. We had Devin out to tune up our furnace yesterday, which is awkwardly in the attic. He completed the job no problem, and cleaned up nicely and respectfully afterward. Will always use this company for any HVAC or plumbing needs!!

Jeff came out on short notice and helped refill my system. He also helped with some re-wiring because my dog decided to chew through the signal line. Great service. Highly recommended.

Very good. Devin exemplified excellent customer service from start to finish. I've become quite dissatisfied with customer service in recent years but Devin was like a throwback to the days when pride in a job well done really mattered. Thank you very much.

Matheson has taken care of my furnace maintenance for over 30 years. They replaced my furnace and ductwork and installed my AC unit. They have also done plumbing work for me. They are prompt, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend them.

Really love these guys' service. I had a difficult service call, and the tech named Devin showed up the same day and perfectly on time, and traced all the wires down from the thermostat and out to the AC unit until find the issue. The call took 3 hours, but Devin was super professional, careful, and was sure to test everything in the end to not leave us with another issue. Would absolutely recommend them and use Matheson again!

Melissa in customer service was prompt in responding to our online request for a furnace maintenance and was able to dispatch a technician the same day. Kevin went above and beyond to not only tune up our furnace, but ensured our humidifier was operation properly. Unfortunately we had a faulty control board that had to be replaced unexpectedly, but Kevin took the time to secure the part after hours and ensure our furnace was back up and running that evening. Worked with the manager Todd after the repair on some questions and he was friendly and fair in making sure we were happy. We will certainly be returning customers for subsequent HVAC maintenance.
