I had Matheson Heating install a new water heater for me. Well Justin and Elliott did a fine job. . A fine job I might add. They both were so very,very pleasant and knowledgeable. It is nice to see young man go into a trade. Thank you Matheson and thank you Justin and Elliott.

Recently went with Matheson to replace an old AC unit. They came to do a free estimate and were able to inform me about all that would be done.
Also provided a few recommendations about AC unit options. Matheson had competitive prices, but the best warranty options. They are very easy to work with. They were also professional in their work, came out when expected, and they were able to get the job done in a timely manner. I would recommend them for doing an AC unit replacement.

Outstanding service as always. Our tech, Ian, was incredibly fast and proficient. He listened to what I had to say, and answered all of my questions competently.

Have been using Matheson heating for over 10 years with Trevor and always on time and completes work efficiently. Trevor always explains what services were performed and how equipment is running.

Plumbing: WARNING,DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DOUBLE OR TRIPLE CHARGED Developed hole in plumbing under sink. I turned off the main water from the well.Jared Matheson came out, replaced the hot and cold lines under sink added two shut off valves. Took him about 35 minutes and I was charged $927
He pretty much rushed out the door after, saying he would email a receipt.
The bill said it was for Basic Waste Removal System Renovation. When I called the office they said that's just a code that they have to put in and she couldn't really even tell me what that meant .buyer beware is all I can say. 2 plumbers told me afterward that I was at least double or triple charged for the work. I sent them photos of work done

I can easily say that from here on out I will only be using Matheson for my plumbing needs. Setting up an appointment was extremely easy and they worked around my schedule. The technician (Jake) arrived promptly at the specified time. Jake was professional, knowledgeable, and completely transparent. And of course the quality of the work is exceptional with a great price. Needless to say I am extremely impressed. Thank you Matheson and than you Jake!
