Ed nd his team were professional, did fantastic work and the pricing was great! I highly recommend North Wind Heating & Air Conditioning for all your heating and cooling needs.

Came over to check my unit and didn’t throughly inspect it. Told me that my unit was running fine and that it was old. Recommended a few pounds of R22 to last throughout the summer costing me 485 dollars. I only had air a day and a half. I had my unit replaced by Family heating and cooling by professionals who stated that I needed more work done!!! I don’t recommend this company at all.

When our daughter was born, while we were at the hospital, our furnace died. We came home to a cold home and it was New Year's Eve. Our family has used North Wind for years and they had already been servicing the furnace that came with the home (they did not install that one.) With one frantic phone call, North Wind went to work. They were able to install a new furnace the day after New Years Day, the first appointment of the day during their busiest time of the year. They new the urgency in having a new born at home with our heat slowly decreasing. Since that day, we have used them to install a new 50 gallon hot water heater and a new AC unit. This is a local business who uses honest, ethical and caring professionals that will go above and beyond during those tough times when the heat and/or AC fail. They explain the process and product options and will answer any question. They offer quality products and are extremely knowledgeable about each product. I highly recommended them and I've referred them to my friends, family and clients!

I've used different HVAC companies in the past years to provide me with service to my rental properties, but I always felt like the problem I called them for was just a temporary fix and that sure enough I would be calling then back for more service down the road for the same ongoing problem, along with a increased price for the same EXACT repair months earlier.
One day while surfing the internet I searched HVAC companies (Near Me) and North Wind Heating and Air Conditioning popped up on the screen, so I called the number. It was the best call I ever made, and I mean it! The person who answered that phone on literally, the second ring, was professional, knowledgeable and very polite. Within a minute from the start of my call she had all the information about my problem and was scheduling my appointment with the Owner of the business (ED) for early the following morning. I have to say that I was really impressed by that, this company was sending the owner to diagnose my ongoing problem which has cost me hundreds of dollars so far and the problem still existed.
Early the next morning when I arrived to the rental property before the appointment time with North Wind Heating and Air Conditioning. I was shocked to see their company vehicle already there 1/2 an hour before my appointment time. Well , all I can say is that ED and his crew fixed the problem once and for all! The workmanship was clean, neat, efficient and the price was right. North Wind Heating and Air Conditioning is my ONLY! HVAC company I will use for any problems that arise at any of my Rental Properties. Thanks Ed and all your employees for the great service you have provided me with.

We had a new AC, Furnace and hot water heater installed in a home we just bought. The owner of North Wind came out to inspect our old furnace and really old (1985) AC unit. After talking with him, I inquired about new equipment. I was very worried with the upcoming winter that the old furnace could break down. He was very professional and knowledgeable! He was NOT a high pressure salesman that other companies had come out. I was very impressed with how timely everything was done, 2 guys and the owner were here at 8am and were cleaning up by 1:30! Thank you so VERY much!!!

We have been using North Wind for at least 15 years. Every call has been addressed promptly and the service is impeccable. North Wind has handled all the maintenance calls on our home, our daughters and my mother in laws and they had not installed any of our units.

Two years ago our daughter's new home warranty ran out one month before her furnace gave out (mid winter). They were there, got us a quote and had her furnace installed and running in days.

This year our furnace was acting odd the beginning of December and we called for service. They were there the same day, let us know that our furnace could give out anytime. They gave us a quote and our new furnace was installed within two days. Great job on the tear out and install, price was great and all the applications for energy rebates were applied for right away.

Amazing to deal with such a straight forward, hard working company.

Ed is a top notch technician. He really is the most knowledgeable tech I have come across in the heating and cooling business. I have referred North Wind to 4 family members over the last 3 years. As a full time realtor I refer North Wind out all the time and never even once have a received any negative feedback. For me personally they have installed a new furnace in 2 separate homes. ALWAYS very good feedback. Their pricing is very reasonable and Ed is ALWAYS ON TIME. They are an excellent company with excellent service and pricing. I highly recommend them!

I am doing a major renovation to our home and the service provided from Northwind's on re-installation of our "newer" furnace and an additional completely new furnace system was flawless. Ed and his team took every step to meet the time line for installation, completed a clean installation for a reasonable price. Ed's understanding of current codes and relationship with the city inspectors have proved to be invaluable during our project. Northwind heating and cooling is hands down the most honest and reliable heating and cooling company I've had the pleasure of using. There family owned and operated Carrie and Ed are great people. They've cleaned my furnace multiple times and inspected my hot water heater. I couldn't be more happy with there service and honesty. I had a issue with my furnace and other companies tried selling me a new furnace Ed came out explained what the problem was to me which I had the deer in the headlights look and boom furnace was working and and a great price.
