I had a new furnace and AC unit installed at my house. (My old one was so loud and angry sounding)

I had several companies come out to quote the installation. Ed from North Wind immediately struck me as someone who cared about my furnace as much as if it were in his own home. When he was looking at our furnace, he pointed out several things that he wanted to clean up and improve if he did the installation.

The price North Wind quoted was the lowest of all of the companies that came to our house.

On the day of the installation, Ed and his crew showed up on time, and were very professional. They did an awesome job on the installation, and they took the time to really make it look clean. Then they explained how everything worked and how to fill out the information for rebates and warranty.

I have been using this company for many years. They are very professional, and respond to emergency repairs quickly. They replace my Air Conditioning unit and also my furnace AC Coil.
They call me every spring to come and clean my furnace, and check out its operation, change furnace filter, and humidifier filter. They also inspect and clean the outside AC unit.

A great team of true professionals from the office to the field to supervision to pricing, I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. I paid for two service calls prior to meeting this company. I wish they had been my first! And honestly I felt cared for — they wouldn’t do a short term repair because it would have continued a potentially dangerous situation. This attitude gave me a lot of faith, which turned out to be absolutely justified. You won’t go wrong by using North Wind.

They were very efficient in installing my new furnace. They were in and out in 4 hours, and that was with cleaning the work area. They even came out, for a small price, a few days later to haul away some trash I had in the basement. This is the second furnace that they have installed in my home. Great company.

Second time they have replaced a furnace for us. Once at our historic home and today in our condo. About 6/7 years apart… impressive both times. Genuinely concerned that our heating needs were meet within 24 hours. What more could you ask for… also clean as a whistle . Highly recommend them…

North Wind Heating & Air Conditioning installed both a new furnace and new air conditioner in my home this past June. The equipment was installed quickly, neatly, and very professionally. My heat went out on 12-23-22. North Wind was the only company that was able to come out on Christmas Eve day. Ed(owner) was able to diagnose my heating issue and got my heat working temporarily until they were able to come back on 12-26-22 and installed a new heating unit. From the initial phone call through the installation of my new furnace, they were timely, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this company. They were so very courteous, knowledgeable, timely and spotless in the area the work was done. Everything was explained to me in a way that a person w/o knowledge of heating and cooling could understand. My furnace died when the extreme cold weather came in and they had my furnace installed and running the next day in the frigid weather.

North Wind did a full install of heating and cooling system in my home. Our furnace & AC unit were very old. Ed and his team did a phenomenal job.
