I’ve had fantastic experiences with Finzel’s. They are so easy to work with and are communicative leading up to an appointment and during the appointment. Eric was thorough and efficient. They even asked about if they needed to look out for our cats! Appreciate their service. Highly recommend!

We had Finzel's come out to replace our hot water tank. They were able to come out the same day, and really went above and beyond. I told them I needed a 40 gallon tank, when I really needed a 50 gallon tank. Adam went and picked up the 50 gallon so they could still complete my job the same day. They recently installed a new furnace, AC and hot water tank for my son, too. Great work, fair pricing, and they were more thorough than any other quote he received. They were my first and only call. We will use them again, and highly recommend them.

This is our second time our A/C unit stopped working (both in July heat) Each times Finzel’s was quick to respond and schedule a tech out same day. Tech’s were professional and had our A/C unit up and working within an hour. Our capacitor went out and they had all the tools/parts needed to fix the problem. Will continue to call them for our heating/cooling needs.

First class operation from top to bottom. Very informative, worked with my schedule, the technician explained everything he did, and had it done in 30 minutes. I've used them for the past 5 years and never disappointed. We just moved to a new house and he pinpointed the issue right away and had it fixed. Nels Olsen was my technician

Good afternoon Finzel’s Heating and Cooling, The Techician Nel’s came and did a fabulous job of cleaning my Water Tank and Maintance of my AC unit. I’m very please with his patience’s and him allowing me ask any questions. concerns I may have or going on in the near future. He was very professional in his approach of the job, I’m very satisfied with the job performed, They come highly recommended.

Nels, Finzel’s Tech. was very nice & professional. He explained what needed to be done and was able to complete the job within the hour. I would recommend Nels at Finzel’s for all AC needs.

I have used Finzel's Heating and Cooling for years. Every time I call, they are surprisingly quick to respond and every crew member I have met has been friendly, knowledgeable and quick with the repair. I trust them with my house, my daughter's house and my mother's house. They deserve all 5 stars!

Replaced my A/C unit and my home is nice and comfortable. They were very professional, cleaned up after working and they offered the best value. HIGHLY recommend!
