Hutzel Plumbing & Heating Company

This company is not professional at all. They used low quality product, but charged me at very high price. Also need to check final bill very carefully because there was some hidden costs. Anyway I do not want to deal with company any more.

Installed new kitchen faucet. Outstanding service. Very professional, experienced. No question, Would use Hutzel every time.

Very poor service. Rampart overcharging on labor hours. They billed us for two people when one just stood around or made personal calls. Extremely poor communication and repeated misses on getting permits pulled.

They canceled my first appointment bcs of rain, then said they called on the day of the rescheduled appointment, but I received no call. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

The receptionist is very rude. She huffed and puffed like I was disturbing her by having her do her job. It was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable dealing with her. She really needs to change her attitude!!
