Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling

I called and made an appointment for 10/17/19 because me furnace was not heating the house properly. When the tech arrived he said it was a loose wire charged me $80.00 and left. Then on 10/21/19 I was having the same issue so I called and had the same tech come out. He said he can not figure out what is wrong but he got it going for me. Now its 10/24/19 and again I have no heat. I do not believe the techs are very knowledgeable and the company seems unconcerned with customer satisfaction. I now have a different company coming out this evening.

I just got a certification for the city of Melvindale. I got them for a second opinion another company told me I had to buy a new furnace. Thanks to Affordable Comfort they did not sell a furnace today but earned a costumer for life and will make sure to recommend their service.

Fast, friendly, professional service. Dean and his crew showed up on time; removed my old dinosaur furnace and installed the new one incredibly fast. New furnace works great! And they hauled away the old materials. I wouldn't use another heating/cooling contractor.

Affordable Comfort installed both a new furnace and air conditioner in our home when we moved in three years ago. They also fixed an AC problem we were having this summer, and they came to our house four separate times to make sure they'd fixed it perfectly.

I had Central air installed in my ranch house today. They are very professional, clean up after themselves, and gave me alot of information on how to care for the unit. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I recommend them to everyone
