I called affordable when my ac stopped working, they were able to work around my work schedule which was great. They were very friendly and helpful. brent came out and checked the system and found it was just low on freon. Thankfully he had me up and running very quickly. Can't say enough great service , very fast and friendly.

I had the same day appointment, tech was very professional. I didn’t feel pressured and he explained everything to me. I will be using them in the future! Thank you!

Steve is a true professional. He asked good questions, listened to my answers and made the right diagnosis for our furnace repair. This was a same day appointment and I will be using them for all of my heating and cooling needs for now on. I trust Steve and this company will save you money.

My mom had contacted this company to have her furnace maintenanced. After the maintenance was done the guy told her that the heat exchanger was cracked. He gave her a quote to put in a new furnace for $2700. After no contact for about a week or so my mom finally got ahold of him and he said, well cost jumped up to $3400. This is for a 80% furnace. Got a second opinion and the new company said the heat exchanger wasn't bad (furnace needed to be replaced because its 30 years old). He said affordable was most likely taking my mom for a ride to get more money out of her. New company gave her a 96% furnace for $2400. She will never use or recommend affordable heating and cooling.

Let me start with they were great and Aiden who i was working with was awesome!!!!!!! i called multiple places to get different quotes on a new furnace and ac systems when affordable comfort came out they told me they would work with me on the price and yes they did they were very competitive on the price to get it down to were i could afford it they will work with you on the price just tell them what you have to spend and go from there i had a quote that was cheaper then there quote and they price matched it. Aiden was a big help with all of this he made it easy and a great experience he was very nice and was always available to talk when needed would definitely use them agin and i will always recommend them to anyone they came the next day to install the two new units and had it done the same day they were very good they were helpful when i ask questions about the units they did a great job installing them they cleaned up after them self and removed old units will be talking about them to everyone!!!!!!!! Yesterday, when it was 91 degrees and 100% humidity in my house I needed to scout the internet over to find a contract service who could get in quickly and help me get up and running. After another technician from another company comes out. He turned down the job due to complexity. Affordable comfort came in next day with quote at 11am. Then after 20 minutes had installers at my house. Within about 2 hours and several repairs that had to be done due to shotty AtoZ heating and cooling furnace install. They were able to get my house to comfortable by 4pm.

I was totally hurt by A to Z heating/cooling. Didn't think I'd ever trust another contractor again. They caused so much damage I didn't believe anyone. But affordable comfort changed that for me. 5 stars isn't enough.

Called at midnight because I noticed my air conditioner running too long. Rose returned my call promptly the next day and gave me a wealth of info to trouble shoot my unit, as I had forgotten that it under a home warranty program that will service it first. The service call price is reasonable, and I will be calling her to book if the warranty people give me the run around. Rose helped me to become a better educated consumer.... I'm super impressed.

We just bought a house and needed our furnace tuned up. They came right out the next day and cleaned and checked our furnace and quickly fixed a loud rattle in the ducts that have been bothering us since moving in. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I will definitely use Affordable Comfort in Taylor again for any of my heating and cooling needs. The customer service on the phone was ideal. They were quick to return my call and schedule an appointment.The service technician was not only knowledgeable, but also helpful in communicating the issue at hand to me in a kind and professional manner.
