Affordable Comfort Heating and Cooling

I needed my unit cleaned and seen the good reviews. I called to set up a appointment for someone to come to my house 1 mile away . The lady said that it would cost $ 120 diagnostic fee, I told her that is a little high and I will look elsewhere, she then said that they can do 80 after the Memorial Day . She also stated that every company charge this fee. Well 80 definitely sounds much better but, if I already know what type of service I want done to my unit , why can’t I get a price for that . I’m very disappointed, sounds like a shady mechanic shop that is taking advantage of people.

Service was great!!! They came out diagnosed my issue which turned out to be my blower motor. Ordered the motor and the very next day I had heat!! He was very nice and told me why the motor went out and told me tips on how to keep it from happening again. Thank you Affordable Comfort Heating!!!

Craig arrived and had our central air running in a few minutes. He was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for the quick response. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Craig was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He quite literally could have saved our lives. While he was only scheduled to replace our a/c, he pointed out a major issue with the way a gas line was installed by a prior company. I would highly recommend them.

Brand new Furnace and AC units, they did a great job, clean & neat, the price was the best out of 5 quotes.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and answered and explained all my questions. Their installation guys are great, friendly, didn't mind questions and explained how everything worked. At the end of the job they cleaned up everything to spotless. Even the receptionist was great making sure I was contacted by service rep and verifying dates. Great place, look no further.

Tech was FANTASTIC!!! Knowledgeable and very upfront with what wasn’t done and what could be done. He was even able to get airflow to a room that had NONE for years!!!!

Craig and his coworker was very helpful. They came out after our A/C stop working and gave us assessment. They did replaced the capacitor at a afforable price. Also gave us advice on how much a new unit would cost when we can afford it.

I called yesterday morning regarding issues with my condensate pump. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and was clear about what would happen(calls before me, that servicemen would call prior to coming). When he called I was initially shocked just by how courteous he was on the phone. It was good, prompt, knowledgeable service. They took the time to explain the problem and what to do moving forward.
